When We Deliver

Because our flowers are designed to order, we ask that orders be placed at least two days in advance whenever possible.

Need flowers sooner? Give us a call!

As we get up and running, we may be able to accommodate next-day or even same-day orders depending on flower availability and our delivery schedule.

We'd much rather have you ask than assume we can't help.

Choosing a Delivery Date

When placing your order online, you'll be able to select your requested delivery date.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for standard flower deliveries. If your order needs to arrive within a specific timeframe, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can accommodate.

For businesses, funeral services, events, and other time-sensitive deliveries, please include as much information as possible with your order.

Sending Flowers as a Gift

Of course! During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to provide the recipient's information and a message for the enclosure card.

Please double-check the recipient's:

• Name

• Delivery address

• Phone number

• Card message

A recipient phone number is especially helpful if we have difficulty locating the address or need assistance completing the delivery.

What Happens If No One Is Home?

When appropriate and weather conditions allow, flowers may be left in a safe, sheltered location.

If we cannot safely leave the arrangement, we'll attempt to contact the recipient or purchaser to arrange delivery.

Please keep in mind that flowers are sensitive to extreme heat and cold. We will not leave an arrangement somewhere that we believe could damage the flowers.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is necessary due to an incorrect address, inaccessible property, or unavailable recipient.

Hospitals, Businesses & Funeral Homes

We're happy to deliver to local businesses, funeral homes, care facilities, and other establishments.

Please provide the recipient's full name and any helpful information such as a room number, department, service time, or business name.

Some facilities have their own flower delivery policies or restrictions. If a facility is unable to accept the flowers, we'll contact you to discuss the available options.

Delivery Outside Our Standard Area

Have somewhere a little farther away in mind?

Contact us before ordering. Depending on the date, location, and our delivery schedule, we may be able to accommodate deliveries outside our normal service area for an additional fee.
